- PARENT APPOINTMENTS
-
● No parent may be in the school building without an appointment or reporting to the office. Parents who bring their children to school and fetch them in the afternoon must please not enter the school and initiate conversations with staff. Valuable teaching and therapy time are lost! If possible your child’s fascilitator can accompany him/her to class.● There is an annual multidisciplinary team case discussion for every learner at Paarl School. Each learner’s individual intervention program is revised and new goals are set for further intervention. Both parents are encouraged to attend this important meeting. Parents receive feedback from the members in the multidisciplinary team and given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their concerns.● Parents are welcome to make further appointments with staff. All appointments must be arranged with the psychologists, as wefunction as a multidisciplinary team and when you make an appointment it is essential for us to know beforehand what youwould like to discuss, who you want to make the appointment with and who you would like to be present.Mrs. Jo Coetzee: jcoetzee@paarlskool.org.zaMrs. Yvette Punt: ypunt@paarlskool.org.za● The homework diary/message book can also be used as a means of communication and for enquiries not mentioned above.
