Wat is Arbeidsterapie?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Arbeidsterapie is 'n kli\u00ebntgesentreerde gesondheidsberoep wat hulle beywer met die bevordering van gesondheid en welstand deur deelname aan aktiwiteite. Die prim\u00eare doel van arbeidsterapie is om mense in staat te stel om deel te neem aan die aktiwiteite van die alledaagse lewe, bv. selfversorging, spel, werk\/opvoeding, vryetyd en sosiale deelname.<\/p>\n

Die volgende komponente word tydens terapie aangespreek, maar is nie beperk tot:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Grofmotoriese vaardighede, bv. postuur, balans, bilaterale integrasie en motoriese beplanning.<\/li>\n
  • Fynmotoriese vaardighede.<\/li>\n
  • Visuele perseptuele vaardighede.<\/li>\n
  • Aktiwiteite van die daaglikse lewe, bv. selfversorging, lewensvaardighede, vryetyd, spel.<\/li>\n
  • Sosiale deelname en sosiale vaardighede.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Dienste wat deur Arbeidsterapie aangebied word:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Arbeidsterapie-evaluasies en behandeling.<\/li>\n
      • Individuele, groep- en klaskamerintervensies.<\/li>\n
      • Aanpassings en hulpmiddels om leerders in staat te stel om so onafhanklik as moontlik in die daaglikse lewe te funksioneer.<\/li>\n
      • Verwysing vir verdere dienste indien nodig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
